Shipping Timeline:
Orders are processed in the order they are received, In-stock items ship within 7 days. However, due to inventory being shared across multiple sales channels and the production process involving extensive handcrafting, shipping delays may occur—particularly during holidays, rainy seasons, and peak sales periods. Order Consolidation:
If you have multiple orders, you may contact us before shipment to consolidate them. We will refund any excess shipping fees. Otherwise, orders will be shipped randomly based on inventory availability. The maximum combined order value cannot exceed $300 USD.

Receiving an order shipment notification indicates the package has left our warehouse en route to the carrier. Please wait patiently for the tracking number to activate. You will subsequently receive an update with the specific tracking number.
